Star Wars: The Old Republic · class

Sith Warrior macros

Sith Warriors become Juggernauts, the Empire’s heavy tank, or Marauders, dual-saber damage dealers with Bloodthirst for the raid.

21 macros

  • /target Tank Name
    /assist

Picks up whatever your current target is attacking. Pair it with /target to build a two-line focus routine: target the tank, then assist them onto the right add.

  • /create RaidTeam secretword

Creates a custom channel with an optional password. Cross-guild raid teams live in these, because they persist across guilds and operations groups.

  • /e checks the charge on their blaster.

Prints a free-form third-person emote. /e and /me are aliases, and it is the only way to say something that reads as an action rather than speech.

  • /who Armormech

Searches for online players. You can filter by class, level range or planet, which makes it the fastest way to find a crafter for a schematic you need.

  • /follow

Auto-follows your current target until you move. Useful for long travel sections in flashpoints and for staying inside a group stack during a mechanic.

  • /1 Looking for a Biochem crafter
    /3 WTS Mandalorian Iron, PST

The numbered channels are region-wide: /1 is General, /2 is PvP and /3 is Trade. Most server economies still run through /3 rather than the auction house alone.

  • /p Pulling in 3

Posts to your four-player group. The short form is /p, which is worth the muscle memory in a flashpoint.

  • /ignore Character Name

Blocks whispers and chat from a player. The ignore list is per-character rather than account-wide, which catches people out.

  • /invite Character Name
    /kick Character Name

Invites a player into your group or removes one. Both take a character name, and both require you to be the group leader for the removal.

  • /cjoin RaidTeam secretword
    /cleave RaidTeam

Joins a custom channel by name and password, or leaves it again. Joining is the first thing you do when a new raid team invites you in.

  • /gquit

Removes your character from its guild. There is no confirmation prompt, and a guild master has to hand over leadership before this will work for them.

  • /lock RaidTeam
    /cinvite RaidTeam Character Name
    /ckick RaidTeam Character Name

Locks a channel to invited players only, unlocks it again, invites someone in, or removes them. /ban and /unban make the removal permanent.

  • /o Interrupt incoming - rotate now

Posts to operations chat, which every member of a sixteen-player group sees. Keep the message short — ops chat is the only channel people actually read mid-fight.

  • /played

Prints the total time played on this character, split between current level and lifetime.

  • /g Anyone up for a Hammer Station run?

Posts to guild chat with /g. If you are also in an operations group, /o takes priority for anything the whole raid needs to see.

  • /roll

Rolls a random number between 1 and 100 and announces it to your group. Still the standard way to split a rare crafting schematic.

  • /s Ready when you are
/y World boss up at the crash site

Speaks to players nearby with /s, or further out with /y. Yell carries across a whole area, which makes it the standard call for world bosses.

  • /afk Grabbing food
    /dnd

Marks you away with an optional message, or blocks incoming whispers entirely. Send the same command again to clear the flag.

  • /target Healer Name

Targets the named unit if it is in range. Ops leaders bind a line per healer so they can find a specific person during a fight without clicking the raid frames.

  • /stuck

Frees a character caught in geometry. Out of combat it teleports you back to a safe spot; in combat it kills you instead, so use it deliberately.

  • /w Character Name Invite when you have a slot
    /r On my way

Sends a private message. /tell, /t and /w behave identically, and /r replies to the last person who whispered you.

Every class shares the same macro syntax, so a good idea usually ports across.
