Cleric macros

Clerics choose between Devout, the party’s primary healer, and Arbiter, a divine damage dealer built around Divine Glow.

24 macros

  • /bind numpad4 "netgraph 1"

The core of the whole system. /bind attaches a command to a key; the command goes in quotes. Anything you can type into chat, and every internal engine command, can be bound this way.

  • /bind t "party Pulling now!$$PowerTrayExec 0 3"

Chains a party message onto a power so your group sees the call the instant the ability goes out. Tanks use it for pulls, healers for emergency cooldowns.

  • /alias burst "PowerTrayExec 1 4 $$ PowerTrayExec 1 0"
    /bind f5 burst

The $$ separator runs commands one after another. Each power still respects its own cooldown and animation, so a chain fires the first ability that is actually ready rather than both at once.

  • /alias ping "netgraph 1"
    /bind numpad4 ping

Wraps a long command chain behind a short name, which you can then bind to a key or type directly. Aliases keep bind lines readable once the chains get long.

  • /combatlog 1

Turns on the combat log that external parsers read. Neverwinter damage meters all work by reading this file, so nothing shows up until you switch it on.

  • /bind h "PowerTrayExec 0 0"

PowerTrayExec triggers a power by tray and slot, both counted from zero. Because it names the slot rather than the power, the same bind keeps working after you swap loadouts.

  • /bind h "+PowerTrayExec 4"

Prefixing the command with + makes it behave like a held key rather than a tap, which is what channelled and charged powers need. Without the plus, a charged power fires at minimum strength.

  • /bind f12 "gotocharacterselect"

Skips the menu path back to the character screen. Alt-heavy players bind this and shave a few seconds off every single swap.

  • /cmdlist

Dumps the entire console command list to chat. It is long, but it is the authoritative reference — command names change between modules and this is how you find the current one.

  • /bind_load_file mybinds.txt

Reads a bind file back in. Keep one file per character role — a tank layout and a damage layout — and swap between them with two key presses.

  • /bind v "ht1 $$ +PowerTrayExec 4 $$ +Hardtargetlock"

Combines a hard target lock with a power so your attack cannot drift onto something else mid-animation. Neverwinter is an action game, and losing your target to camera movement is a real problem.

  • /bind q "InventoryExecuteSlot 0"

Fires the injury or healing potion slot without opening a menu. Binding consumables is the single biggest survivability gain a new player can make.

  • /bind i "invoke"

Invoking is a daily ritual on every character. Binding it removes the menu hunt, which matters when you are cycling through a dozen alts.

  • /bind z "Mount"

Summons and dismisses your mount from a single key rather than the radial menu, which saves a genuinely surprising amount of time over a play session.

  • /unbind numpad4

Removes whatever you attached to a key and hands it back to the default control scheme. Run this before rebinding a key you have already used, or the old chain can linger until you relog.

  • /bind_save_file mybinds.txt

Writes every current bind to a text file in your Neverwinter Live folder. Do this the moment a setup works — a patch or a settings reset will otherwise cost you the whole layout.

  • /bind f9 "screenshot_ui 0"

Takes a screenshot with the whole UI hidden, which is the only way to get a clean shot of your character or a zone. The file lands in your Neverwinter screenshots folder.

  • /bind b "gensendmessage Vipaction_Bankvendor activate"

The banking equivalent of the VIP mailbox bind. Combine it with the mailbox bind on adjacent keys and you have a full mobile logistics setup.

  • /bind m "gensendmessage Vipaction_Mailbox activate"

VIP players can summon a mailbox anywhere. The engine exposes it as a GenSendMessage action, which means it can be bound like any other command.

  • /bind n "gensendmessage Vipaction_Salvager activate"

Opens the salvage vendor wherever you stand, which turns a full bag mid-dungeon from a run-ending problem into a two-second pause.

  • /g Alliance run starting in 5
/zone LFM Master Expedition, need healer

Neverwinter maps chat channels to short commands: /g for guild, /alliance for the alliance channel, /zone for zone and /c for a custom channel. Learning them beats clicking the channel dropdown.

  • /bind numpad1 "netgraph 1"
    /bind numpad0 "netgraph 0"

netgraph 1 shows framerate, latency and packet loss; netgraph 0 hides it again. Binding both to one key pair makes it easy to check whether a lag spike is you or the server.

  • /stuck

Frees a character trapped in terrain. Bind it once and you never have to remember it under pressure again.

  • /bind end "gensendmessage Vipaction_Overworldmapteleport activate"

Fires the VIP map teleport straight from a keybind. Between this, the mailbox and the bank you rarely need to walk back to Protector Enclave at all.

Every class shares the same macro syntax, so a good idea usually ports across.
